With personal service in mind, Scientific Evidence
has structured its offerings in a way that works
best for each situation. We provide our clients
with a full set of packaged services or each product
may be acquired individually as follows:

Scientific Evidence seeks
out and stays abreast of news, findings and literature
on drugs, devices and toxic torts. Once we have
aggregated and analyzed this information, we send
it to you by email to keep you informed of the
latest scientific developments. We also watch
emerging areas to identify products of potential
concern and send you email alerts on breaking
information.
The litigation package is our most complete and
popular product, giving you access to our bank
of experts, assisting you at trial or deposition
and providing you entry to libraries of information
we have on specific problematic drugs and chemicals.
This product provides you with in-depth scientific
information about a specific chemical or pharmaceutical,
including:
- summaries and analyses of applicable scientific
literature,
- copies of scientific articles and abstracts,
- FDA materials such as NDA's, ADE's, and
committee meetings,
- descriptions of the adverse effects of
the substance, and
- news or information about the substance,
- EPA materials and toxicological profiles
of chemicals.
If the binder focuses on
a drug, it will also contain information on the
drug pharmacology (what the drug does and why),
the different labels distributed annually from the
PDR, and an event timeline.

Often, our clients are looking exclusively
for information on an opposing expert witness. Our
library of expert information is extensive. Our
expert binders contain all the information you need
to learn about the weaknesses of the opposing witness's
qualifications, including: prior testimony at trial
and in deposition; a summary and critical analysis
of that testimony; any articles or abstracts written;
affiliations or professional memberships; and the
expert's curriculum vitae.

The paperwork involved in toxic tort and product
liability lawsuits can be mind-boggling. One of
our most time-saving products involves organizing,
cataloging, and analyzing discovery documents. We
take your discovery documents and look at them with
a scientific eye, finding the strongest issues and
highlighting them. When you are going up against
a pharmaceutical company, you need that extra level
of expertise to help you find the key evidence that
will win your case.
We can scan your entire discovery library into PDF
documents, creating a searchable database for use
in current and future trials. We put it all together
for you in a library of compact discs, making it
not only easily accessible, but also saving space
as well.
